Like most novice, or college students, Adobe Suite is short from ridiculously expensive… My Solution is to “Open Source” it. This is what I call “dpiNYC CS3″

Here, i describe how to write conditional commenting enabling/diabling IE from rendering. With some witty programming you can make IE/Win work in somewhat standards.
